Phone Tracker Terms of Use

By using the Phone Tracker app, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Using location services while the app runs in the background may lead to significant battery drain.

Phone Tracker will collect your location information with your consent so that it can be shared with others, but it will not collect your phone number.

Phone Tracker’s services are available both for free and on a subscription basis.

Payment for a subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation.

Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, and the renewal price will be disclosed.

You can turn off the auto-renewal feature anytime through your iTunes account settings.

Users manage their own subscriptions.

You can cancel your Phone Tracker subscription at any time by adjusting your iTunes account settings.

Phone Tracker reserves the right to terminate this agreement at its discretion, without notice, for any reason.

You agree to use Phone Tracker’s services at your own risk. Phone Tracker makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, technical compatibility, or fitness for a specific purpose of the services, products, or materials offered. You specifically acknowledge that Phone Tracker does not guarantee the legality of using the Phone Tracker services in any specific country or region.

In no event shall Phone Tracker be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from or related to the services provided by the Phone Tracker app. This includes, but is not limited to, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, even if Phone Tracker has been informed of the potential for such damages. Phone Tracker is also not liable for any damages arising from third-party products, services, or information accessed through the app, website, or other means. Additionally, you acknowledge that Phone Tracker is not responsible for any legal costs or damages incurred due to your use of the Phone Tracker services in any jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Phone Tracker does not represent that the service is suitable or available for use outside of the United States. Individuals accessing or using the service from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws.

By using Phone Tracker, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or you are an emancipated minor, or you have obtained the legal consent of a parent or guardian. You are fully capable of entering into and complying with these Terms of Use.
